We have lived at North Farm in Somerset for seven years. We like it here because it's quiet, away from the main road and very safe, day or night.  The landscaping is pretty and you have your own parking space. There is a laundry facility within the building as well as your own individual mailbox.  My husband likes it because they plow the parking area in the winter as well as keeping the walkways clear of snow and ice. The property is well maintained and any maintenance issues you have are promptly resolved.  There is also a community room with bingo board and pool table.  There are also many activities and lunches which are hosted in the community room for the residents to participate in if you like.

Some of the thoughts that come to mind when I think of North Farm is the friendliness of the people, especially the staff as well as the cleanliness and maintenance of the buildings and grounds. On the third floor where I live is quiet.  I seldom hear anyone even walking by. A definite bonus is knowing we have sufficient heat and hot water which is included in the rent.  I am proud to be a resident of North Farm!





I have been a resident of North Farm for several years and couldn't be happier.  The staff is warm and friendly and responds to our needs and concerns quickly.  The monthly activities are fun and provide socialization with other residents.  I feel safe and at home living at North Farm.
